  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged items). For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return arrives safely. Rajpoot Packages is not responsible for any lost or undelivered returns.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is initiated due to an error on our part (e.g., sending the wrong item or a damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
